I need to withdraw from a class. How do I do that and what is your refund policy?To receive a refund, withdraw or transfer from a program or class, customers are to phone any one of our Community Services facilities or the Registration Call Centre at 604-276-4300, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Seasonal Programs Unless otherwise specified: If notice is given prior to the beginning of the third session of the class, a refund, less classes taken, will be provided. If notice is given after the beginning of the third session, no refund will be given. Short Programs (1 week or less), Camps, Out Trips and Workshops If less than one week’s notice is given, 50% of the fee will be provided. If notice is given on or after the start date of the program, no refund will be provided.

How can I attend the programAnyone can refer youth (13-24 years) to the Richmond Youth Media Program, including youth themselves. References will be asked to complete a referral form and arrange a meeting with the Media Arts Specialist prior to joining the program, and youth can drop in and check out the program without a referral.
