Media Lab Classes

The Richmond Media Lab offers registered classes for the public on a wide range of media arts topics and technologies. These courses are offered through the City of Richmond registration system.

Children

From digital illustrations to animation, stop-motion, and filmmaking, our classes help you turn your creative ideas into reality. Explore storytelling, through digital arts while building important skills in technology and creativity. Ideal for kids who love to create!

Youth

Our youth classes offer a wide range of creative disciplines, including animation, illustration, digital arts, photography, videography, and much more. Each class is designed to engage and inspire young minds, helping them unlock their full artistic potential.

Adults

From 3D printing and scanning classes to digital crafting workshops the Richmond Media Lab is constantly expanding our adult class offerings. Whether you are looking for technology training or a fun social creative outlet, we have something for everyone.

How to Register

Media Lab programs are registered through the City of Richmond's registration system. There are three ways to register. You will need a MyRichmond account and the Course ID# in order to register. Don’t have a MyRichmond account? Sign up here.
